Chris has focused his practice primarily in the area of Workers’ Compensation Defense. Chris has represented numerous insurance companies, self-insured employers and third-party administrators in defense of workers’ compensation claims as well as subrogation litigation against third party tortfeasers. He has also built his practice around other areas of insurance defense such as premise liability and legal malpractice defense. Additionally, Chris has handled numerous trucking liability and cargo loss/damage claims in the Georgia State and Superior Courts as well as the United States District Court. Chris has tried numerous jury and bench trials as part of his practice with the firm.
