Professional Summary

Lee has been lead counsel in over 65 jury trials and is an active member of both the South Carolina and Kentucky Bars. He has tried cases to verdict involving automobile and motor carrier liability, business and commercial litigation, employment litigation, medical malpractice, premises liability, and property disputes.

Lee's current practice focuses on cases involving general liability, automobile and motor carrier accidents, commercial litigation, employment contracts, correctional health care, medical malpractice, and premises liability.

Lee is frequently able to reduce the cost of litigation for his clients by drafting and arguing successful motions for summary judgment or motions to dismiss. These efforts have resulted in the dismissal of numerous cases for medical professionals, health care organizations, HOA boards of directors, correctional health care organizations and medical providers, saving them the extensive cost of complex and lengthy litigation. When cases must proceed past the initial stages, Lee is experienced in efficiently developing a litigation strategy through discovery and successfully resolving claims in mediation, or at trial if necessary.

Lee has been published numerous times and is frequently asked to speak to professional groups.
