Scott Huray is a Partner in the Atlanta office. Since graduating from law school in 1991, Scott has tried approximately 40 cases, and his practice addresses matters in the state and federal courts in Georgia on both the trial and appellate court level. His defense practice covers a wide variety of areas, including premises liability, automobile liability, discrimination claims under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, insurance coverage disputes, construction litigation and professional liability.
