William is the Hiring Partner for the Atlanta office. His practice focuses on commercial litigation in both state and federal courts, with an emphasis on professional liability. William regularly represents accountants, attorneys, brokers and other professionals in cases involving malpractice, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, negligent misrepresentation and fraud. William also defends his clients in complex premises liability, product liability and medical malpractice disputes.

Prior to joining Carlock, Copeland & Stair, William worked for an international law firm in Manhattan, where he represented numerous corporations in a wide variety of legal matters including commercial litigation, product liability and mass tort. William also has experience in aviation, employment and toxic tort litigation.
