Professional Summary

Bill is an experienced litigator in the Firm's Commercial and Construction Litigation practice groups, focusing his practice on the representation of a variety of industries with their commercial and employment related matters in Federal and State courts.  Bill has particular experience in national litigation relating to the protection of trade secrets and the enforceability of employment agreements.  In addition to litigating these disputes, he is frequently asked to review employment agreements and provide advice and counsel to companies on a wide range of employment related issues.  Bill also has extensive experience in handling general business litigation matters such as breach of contract claims, tortious interference claims, suits on notes and guaranties, and tort related claims.

Bill spends a significant amount of his practice in the representation of contractors, design professionals, and owners in litigation, arbitration, contract review and advice.

In addition to excelling as an attorney, Bill volunteers a tremendous amount of his time toward working with various autism-related causes.  In 2007, Bill co-founded a non-profit foundation, Believe In Me Foundation, Inc. (www.believeinme.com), which has raised  more than $250,000 to create schools for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders.  Further, Bill has volunteered since 2008 to act as Autism Speaks' Chapter Advocacy Co-Chair, and helped introduce and lobby for a bill before the Georgia General Assembly that would end insurance discrimination against children with autism.
