Carlock, Copeland, & Stair, LLP focuses on civil defense litigation and dispute resolution. Founded in 1970, our firm has three office locations in the Southeast including Atlanta, Georgia, Columbus, Georgia and Charleston, South Carolina. We pride ourselves on legal excellence and forceful advocacy.
Our attorneys' experience, training and diverse backgrounds have made us one of the premier trial firms in the Southeast. Our six core Practice Groups are: Commercial Litigation, Construction Litigation, Employment and Workers' Compensation Litigation, General Liability Litigation, Health Care Litigation as well as Trucking and Transportation Litigation.
