Carlock, Copeland & Stair, LLP focuses on civil defense litigation and dispute resolution. Founded in 1970, our Firm has office locations in Atlanta, Georgia; Columbus, Georgia; and Charleston, South Carolina.

Our attorneys' experience, training and diverse backgrounds have made us one of the premier trial firms in the Southeast.  Our five core Practice Groups are: Commercial Litigation, Construction Litigation, General Liability, Health Care Litigation, and Trucking and Transportation Litigation.
